Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: YES, If you have any problem with your order details, please contact us at support@vectoring.com.hk.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We ONLY accept order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Q: How can I make changes to my order?

A: Customers are ONLY allowed to make changes (model/color) of their order within 24 hours after order confirmation. If they wish to add or delete items, they are required to create a new order on their own, and we will subsequently cancel/refund their current order within 7-14 days working days (subjected to individual's bank) after being notified. No changes could be made after order dispatch.

Q: I changed my mind after the order confirmation and decided to purchase a more expensive / cheaper item, what should I do?

A: Please contact us at support@vectoring.com.hk to cancel out your previous order and select the new item in a different submission.

Q: Do you accept Credit Card?

A: YES, we accept both credit card and, bank deposit payment for Hong Kong & Taiwan ONLY.

Q: Do you accept International Credit Card?

A: We accept credit cards issued both in and outside Hong Kong, as well as other payment gateways such as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Q: I don’t have any credit card. Can I use bank transfer?

A: Bank Transfer payment is ONLY applicable to HONG KONG AND TAIWAN customers.

Q: How do I use a promo code?

A: Promo codes may be entered during the COUPON CODE step in the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click CONTINUE. Only one promo code could be applied per order.

DELIVERY

Q: What delivery method do you offer?

A: For local order less than 620 HKD, items will be delivered through Hong Kong Post - Standard Delivery Mail. For local order more than 620 HKD, items will be delivered through SF Express. For Taiwanese, items will be delivered through Oriental Logistics. For international orders, please refer to 'Shipping' for more details on individual countries.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. We offer worldwide shipping to more than 170 countries around the world. Click here to check if your country is within our coverage.

Q: When will you ship my order?

A: Order will be processed within 3 working days. For Hong Kong orders, parcels will arrive at your door in 6-10 working days and 4-8 working days for Standard and Express delivery respectively. For International Standard Delivery, it will roughly take 7-14 working days upon arrival, while it will take around 4-9 working days for International Express Delivery. For more information, please refer to ‘Shipping’. 

Q: How can I check my order status?

A: For local order over 620 HKD / any International Order, please refer to the shipping confirmation email for the tracking number. You can track your item through the Aftership Track Box. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

Q: What is Slick Case’s Return Policy?

A: To request a refund or return, customer has to provide 2-3 photographs proving the damaged / defective condition for internal inspection. Any defective items found due to wrong orders, please ship the item back to our Hong Kong HQ and we will return with a new one to customer at our cost. For defective or damaged before / during the transit, Slick Case will deliver a new item to the customer after inspection. Slick Case will not be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned parcel, yet advised to deliver through Standard Post for return parcel. You can return any item for the above reasons within 28 days of receiving your original order via any carrier service of your choice to our headquarter in Hong Kong. All goods will be inspected on return and we will try hard to accept all returns. You are required to pay for the price difference upon exchange if required OR if there is a negative price difference, we'll refund the difference back to your original payment method. For refund and exchange, we will accept all request upon sufficient reasons. We don't accept return/exchange/refunds if you cannot provide sufficient proof that it is an item purchased from our store. For more details, please refer to 'Return & Refund Policy'.

Q: What if my order was marked as delivered, but I have not yet received it?

A: For Hong Kong orders, if your package doesn't arrive at your designated address 10 working days after receiving the shipment confirmation, please immediately contact our customer services. For other countries, please refers to 'Shipping' for more information, such as estimated delivery time. If the parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact individual service carrier to track your parcel.
