Payment - Do you accept Credit Card?

Yes. You may pay for your order using either a credit card from Visa, MasterCard or others via PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to checkout.

Payment - Do you accept International Credit Card?

We accept credit cards issued both in and outside Hong Kong via PayPal.

Payment - I paid with my credit card, but why did I get an email confirmation?

We charge your credit card via PayPal. Even if you pay by credit card, you will still receive a confirmation from the PayPal team.

Payment - Can I use PayDollar at checkout?

Yes. You may use PayDollar in your PayPal account.

Payment - I don’t have any credit card. Can I use bank transfer?

Yes, but ONLY for HK & TAIWANESE buyers. Please refer to Payment.

Delivery - What delivery method do you offer?

For local order under HKD505, items will be shipped via Hong Kong Post - Standard Mail (WITHOUT tracking number). For local order over HKD505, we will use SF Express to deliver your items (with tracking number). For shipping outside Hong Kong, please refer to "International Delivery".

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping.

Delivery - When will you ship my order?

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed. Another 3-5 working days for local delivery (for in-stock items). For International delivery, please refer to Shipping. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing and delivery during peak season. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

For local order over HKD300 and international order, you can find your tracking number in shipping confirmation email. You may track your order on the website of Taqbin or HK Post stated in the email. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
